• Working and maintaining all records in ERP SAP, using following T Codes such as MIGO, MB52, MB51, Cancellation Goods Issue/Goods Receipt, ZFIAA001 for Assets Master Data etc, Providing Correct SAP material code for items purchased through local Purchase.
• To Prepare Temporary Good Receipt Voucher and after inspection by QA/QC team issue GR through SAP system.
• To ensure that all shipping materials are properly photgraphed before, during & after unloading so as to overcome any issues/claims related to Damage, Cleaning of containers.
• Strictly follow all the process laid down by Purchase/Stores department for taking the material into the stores.Receiving of various materials and verification of materials received with reference to Delivery Orders and Purchase Order.
• Following First in First out (FIFO) method of issuing in case of material that has self life constraints to avoid expires. Binning, Codification-Maintaining (Unique Material code) proper tag system on each Material.
• Finalization of Inventory levels viz. Maximum, Reorder, Minimum and Buffer levels for all the production related consumable. To identify fast moving, slow moving and non moving materials to reduce inventory level.
• Adoption of various Inventory control techniques viz. ABC analysis, Vital-Essential-Desirable (VED) analysis, etc. for effective inventory control.
• Monthly physical verification of Stores materials periodically and reconciliation of material in SAP system stock.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment spares and consumables so as to facilitate the continuous operation of the unit.
• To identify obsolete and scrap materials in stores and to prepare Assets/Scrap Disposal request for disposal of the same.
• To keep all records pertaining to transfer of materials/Equipment’s/Assets from Project to Project.
• Planning of layout of store room so that materials are easily identified and accessible.

• Attend the morning meeting with head departments and discuss the daily operations for preparation of all parts and equipment required.
• To maintain proper inventory level of each stocks.
• To inform purchase department as the stock reaches R.O.L (Re-Ordering level).
• Strictly follow all the process laid down by Purchase/Stores department for taking the material into the stores.
• To check the quantity of material and if not ok then return it to C.R.S
• Binning, Codification-Maintaning (Unique Material code) proper tag system on each Material.
• Keeping records of all the M.R (Material Reservation) in office as well as exit gate.
• Physical verification of Stores materials periodically and reconciliation of material in SAP system stock.
• Reconciliation of materials received against invoice bill.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment spares and consumables so as to facilitate the continuous operation of the unit.
• To identify obsolete and scrap materials in stores as well as to inform M.R.D for their disposal.
• Ensuring sealing of stores gate, so as to prevent robbery from stores.
• To keep record of all the huge materials that is issued from C.R.S.
• Timely delivery to all the HOME DELIVERY requester.
• Planning safe movement of material handling equipment and over head cranes.

• Worked in Tata steel Central Project and Engineering Division Jamshedpur in 3 MTPA expansion Project overhead yard utility pipe work as Logistics Coordinator.
• Material tracking of 3 MTPA project material in the fabrication site.
• To reduce the average cycle time in releasing the trailor.
• Preparing monthly dispatch list for Zone wise erections. Also dispatch of priority structures along with follow-up action.
• Enabling dispatch of urgent structures from the fabrication site to the erection site.
• Reporting of several issues to the Zone wise in charge and head project.
• Updating the trailor tracking system daily.
• Dispatch of towers, trestles & Bridge girder, Platform from the fabrication site.
• Arranging dispatch of heavy structures to enabling site in night so as to overcome safety related issues.
• Arrange meetings in fabrication site with area in charge for smooth & timely dispatch of structures.
• To ensure that all the loose parts of the structures is dispatched from the fabrication site.
• Proper coordination with the contractors indulged in fabrication of structures at fabrication site.

• Responsible for analysing the materials requirement in terms of quality & quantity for the various units of the company.
• Prepare monthly stock statement and Quarterly store verifications.
• To develop and maintain good buyer-seller relationship.
• To fix Stock levels (maximum and minimum) of all repetitive items depending on consumption basis with the approval of Head.So as to prevent stockout.
• To ensure that all the deliveries of all goods are received within the stipulated period.
• Keep the department and self informed of current developments in the field of purchasing prices, market conditions and new products.
• Proper Monitoring of stock related operations pertaining to inward & outward inventory.
• Supervised the inspection of all supplies, services and equipment purchased to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Generate various MIS reports like vendor rating, supplier Approval, Rejection, Late Delivery Report and moral activities .
• Entrusted with the task of materials handling which involves proper stacking, implementing FIFO and Safety measures at stores.
• Effectively carrying out warehousing operations by assuring optimal inventory levels to attain maximum cost savings with minimum holding of stock.
