Managed & supervised the team of engineers & associate engineers for smooth operation of different plants like Injection Moulding, PET bottles extrusion, PVC sheeting line, diaper manufacturing plant, Tooth brush manufacturing units, packing sections, sachet machines & others. It is all done through proper maintenance schedules implementation. Also, the Head of Technical team & completely responsible for all new installations, its commisioning & start up. Supervised activities to improve the effectiveness of ISO 9001:2008 & EMS 14001, as well. Staff controlling, spares procurement, production targets completion, overall plants maintenance have to be managed by me. Other roles include meetings with the managing directors for improvements, new designs/products and modifications.
I have completely set up the system of this industry from the start incl. purchase of land, civil works, machines selection & installation. Still it is managed under my consultancy.
Managed & supervised Power Plant & Utilities operation and maintenance, Maintenance of Polymer & Drawing Section. Completely involved in the installation, erection & commissioning of Power plants with the Japanese engineers of MHI.
1. Internship in Attock Refinery Limited, Islamabad for two months in different sections like Maintenance, Boiler shutdown maintenance, workshop, process. 2. Internship in Airmech, Islamabad for three months regarding Air handling units. 3. Internship in KSB pumps, Hasanabdal for one month to accomplish my final project of " Design of Boiler feed pump" 4. Different computer skill courses like Autocad, C, Lotus & others
