Played a lead role in automating issuance of Project Completion Certificate, resulting in reduced processing time by 70% compared to manual certificates as well as with complete audit trail.
Exceeded KPI’s by clearing backlog task count by 90% and was accordingly honoured with Employee of the Year Award.
Developed new MIS Reports for weekly and monthly project monitoring thus enhancing efficiency.
Pioneered “My Assets” initiative for recording assets given to staff that resulted in easy tracking of assets such as laptops & smartphones, which also significantly reduced staff queries.
