• Preparation of Technical offer & scope of works,
• Preparing technical offer from 13.8KV up to 380kv substations equipment’s.
• Review the specification, evaluate and checking the Bidder offers,
• Attend the technical meeting with the bidders to finalize the exact scope.
• Reply comments in the offers Submitted by the bidders,
• Knowledge of related International Standards IEC/ANSI & substations equipment’s.
• Proficiency in preparation of technical/commercial report analysis,
• Effective monitoring of project and implementation of remedial action to maintain progress according to Project,
• Ensure adherence to the Design Criteria Report; identify variations in a timely manner, whether initiated by the Client or internally.
• Obtain the Project Manager’s approval of direction and any impact upon the project budget or schedule prior to implementation.
• Prepare design documents as requested by the SEC/ARAMCO consisting of Design drawings, data sheets, BOM’s, BOQ’s, etc.
• Implement the Client agreed resolution of all comments into the documents produced. Perform detailed and basic design engineering when requested.
• Maintain a record of important communications for reference as required.
• Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
• Supervise and train project team members as necessary.
• Investigate and test vendors' and competitors' products.
