• Supervising team of Utilities and HVAC to ensure availability of electricity, HVAC, gas, steam, water &
compressed air to all production plants round the clock.
• Ensure adherence of Preventive maintenance plan for Utilities & HVAC equipment (boilers, compressors, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling unit, package & split units).
• Manage boiler engineer for adherence of annual operation & maintenance of boilers at site with chemical dosing & safety checks.
• Preparation of SOPs, operation & maintenance logbooks for GQA & HSE audits.

• Lead change control, deviation management & CAPA closure activities for Utilities.
• Dealing of Government department (K-electric, SSGC & KWSB) for smooth availability of the Utilities
• Manage and supervise for calibration of all plant equipment
• Supervise overall fire alarm network at site.
• Manage different outsource operation and maintenance vendor of HVAC, Boiler, Electrical, Building maintenance and effluent treatment plant (ETP).
• Manage and Planning of all annual maintenance activity of boilers, chillers, generators, compressor, and ETP plant.
• Lead on budget planning activity for year 2022 and onwards.
• Responsible for Karachi site Energy Saving Projects since 2022 December & achieved planned Energy targets each year as a result of Energy conservation projects.
• Responsible for target achievement of Greenhouse gas emission.
• Track Energy KPI kWH/KSMU & implement projects to achieve it.
• Participated in Sanofi global program on Energy and CO2 reduction.
• Responsible for Sanofi Energy Road map implementation of 50% CO2 emission by 2025.

• Supervision of testing commissioning and installation of 1 MVA, 2MVA and 3.5 MVA Step downTransformer.
• Supervision of testing commissioning and installation of 1200 Ampere Auto Transfer Switch Installation.
• Supervision of testing commissioning and installation of CAT Emergency Generator Installation(2.2MVA)
• Supervision of testing, commissioning, installation, and design review of Synchronization of Local Utility withLocal power plant of AKU.
• Co-ordinate with the technical section, the supplier, and consultant for all project works, and revising the related technical submittals. (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)
• Work experience in SCADA system. Installation of field instrument like pressure, flow, level, temp. Transmitter, control valve, solenoid valve as per P&I Diagram.

Fire panel controls through BMS and Emerson Fire troll control panel 1100 and 1300 series.
Modification on shop drawings and preparation of As-Built drawings.
• Examining the electrical scope of 16MW Substations, LV rooms, Electrical service runs under Local Authority Rules and Regulations.
• VFD installation and operation control of all Dan Foss model.
• Designing and Supervising LV Electrical Distribution Systems of Shops and offices building, Commercial Projects for DMC, Showrooms, Shops as per international standards.
• Calculating Load Estimation and Distribution by Designing DB’s, SMDB’s, MDB’s, MCC’s and LV panels with respective Single Line Diagrams.
• Operate Building Management Systems (BMS) along with other low current systems.
• Prepared Electrical Drawings for Lighting layouts, Power layouts with calculations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ’s) with specifications.
• Preparing Fire Alarm Riser Diagram and Central Battery Systems.
