Marketing & Promotions: Using the most successful advertising /strategic relationships with different service providers and direct customers. Understanding current and potential customers. To find, attract, and win new clients and retain those the company already has, entice former clients to return, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service. Merchandising/Execution: complete execution of textiles orders coming from international customers specified by company’s Director. Monitoring all order from raw material planning to finished products shipping. Providing technical assistance to buyers .To answer queries related to Textile manufacturing process Weaving, wet Processing, Cutting, Stitching, packing & dispatch. Major products are institutional/hospitality textiles or Hotel linens.
Major Products and Customers: Major products are Hotel linens like Flat Sheets, Fitted sheets, Duvet covers, Pillowcases, pillow protectors, Pillow shams, table runners, place mats etc.
Major Market is USA via diffident Suppliers for Hotels like Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, Inter-Continental, Courtyard, Resident Inn, Marriott, Ritz Carlton.
Co-ordination with other Departments: efficient communication with PPC concerns of all production facilities engaged in order completion like weaving, processing and stitching units. Planning and deciding required product’s lead time and planning a time frame for order completion and updating customers accordingly. To get advance approval from customer on possible delays or very earlier shipments. Weekly production status sheets updating and sharing with concern customer.
Team Management: to guide and achieve target/goals from provided team by the management which includes Merchandiser, Shipping officer, sample development team.
Production & Quality follow-up: by frequent auditing/inspecting work in process. Sourcing of raw materials (if required).
Pricing/ Costing:
Pre-costing before confirming any order, based on keeping a specific margin for each product to achieve the financial goals of the company.
Customer Care: For building long term customer relations recommend modifications in existing products or introduction of new products to customers to enhance properties of hotel linens like shrinkage, SA rating, hand feel, whiteness level, piling etc. keeping in specific price limit, by utilizing my experience and technical knowledge of textiles products.
Worked as Marketing Executive, My duties were: complete execution of griege fabric orders of European Market from start to end, pre-costing, price quoting, having direct contact with customers, keeping customers satisfaction on priority. To answer technical related queries of customers utilizing the edge of my qualifications related to technical knowledge of textiles manufacturing.

Fiber Manufacturing Yarn Manufacturing Fabric Manufacturing Wet-processing/Value addition to Fabric (bleaching, printing, dyeing) Textile Testing and Quality Control Marketing (Principles of Marketing, Export Marketing, Consumer Behavior) and all basic engineering subjects like Mathematics, Physical, Material Sciences, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Statistical Quality Control etc. Final Year Project: Geotextiles (Manufacturing Techniques and its use in Civil Engineering) Designed and fabricated light weight, low cost and UV resistant geotextile 3 samples (1-Knitted with filament polyester yarns, 2-woven (with polypropylene tap yarns) 3-Non-woven (high quality polypropylene fibres) in University lab. Comparatively tested for tensile strength, Elongation, CBR puncture, Permittivity, water flow rate etc. for civil engineering usage.
