Preparing Scope of works and BOQ for Low Current system projects - BMS, CCTV, Access Control system, Public addressable system, Master Clock, Turnstile Gate/Biometric Time Attendance system, Queue Management system, Hydro Leak Detection system and etc and executing the projects.
Review of Scope of works, BOQ and drawing submitted by Consultant/Contractor for low current system projects of ADDC.
Review Drawing/approval as per scope of works and BOQ of low current system new project which are under Consultant/Contractor of ADDC Project.
Coordination with ADMCC in order to comply with ADMCC CCTV requirements for ADDC buildings.
Coordination with ADDC Safety Department for Hassantuk installation for ADDC building.
Coordination with FM team for Civil and MEP works based on Ticket/work orders
Operates and maintains equipment and devices tied into the BMS central computer to ensure that environmental systems are within specified ranges and operating systems are functioning properly.
Perform operation and monitoring of the centralized Access Control System of P2000, version 3.8 based on PC.
Programming various Access requirements (New Access Cards, Additional Access, Holiday Access, Cancellation of Access, and replacement of defective Access Cards etc.) for ADDC staff and contractors and controlling the visitor cards.
Monitoring of CCTV and Periodic checking of public address system (PA System) and monitoring fire alarm system and FM-200 System
Perform operation, monitoring and Periodic checking of electro mechanical system as chillers system, Typical floor AHUs, VAVs, FAHUs, FCUs, Fire alarm and fire protection FM200 system, UPS, Hydro Leak Detection system, Electrical system, Low voltage system, Water Tanks, Domestic Water Pumps, Booster pumps, Water filtration system, Generators, Exhaust Fans and Elevators.
Perform operation and monitoring of centralized Biometric Time Attendance system (Updating employee details, enrolling, updating readers, uploading finger template to the concern branch, transferring finger template)
Responsible for Preventive maintenance of Low current Systems (CCTV & PA, BMS, Access control system, Queue management system and etc in Abu Dhabi, Eastern and Western Regions
Periodically visit to Branch offices for checking of low current systems operations.
Preparation and Processing of System reports, Incident reports and Staff access details/ activities
Job responsibilities:
* System support and troubleshooting day-to-day user problems and providing necessary support to the user
* Installing, Configuring and Administrating client operating system Windows 2000, XP Professional and Windows Server operating system 2000 and 2003
* Installing, Configuring, Managing and Maintaining Point of Sales system (POS)
* Installing new desktop systems and POINT OF SALES SYSTEM for new employees
* Assembling computers, Upgrading computers and maintaining systems
* Windows 2000 LAN administration.
* Involving in the project of updating the computers for the Windows XP professional in the head office and branch office
* Responsible for monthly and date-to-day user’s data backup
Job responsibilities:
* System support and troubleshot day-to-day customers, contractors’ problems & providing necessary support to them
* Installing, Configuring and Administrating client operating system Windows 98, Win2000
* Installing, Configuring Windows Server Operating System Windows NT 4.0, 2000
* Assembling computers, upgrading computers and maintaining systems
* Attending to the customers side Hardware & Software trouble shooting
* Responsible for monthly and date-to-day user’s data’s backup
Day to day office administration works (Preparing letter, Documents).
