To Provide Complete Installation and Commisioning DCS Services, Installation of I & C Equipment,
• Installation of OVATION DCS hardware at site.
• Checked & verified with customer all the TESTs of OVATION DCS system.
• Supervised the I/O Terminations in Ovation I/O modules as per required criteria.
• Error detection & troubleshooting of I/O cards & I/O terminations.
• Functional testing of Field Devices during commissioning.
• Equipment testing & verification of Equipment Control in OVATION.
• Reinstalled & error Troubleshooting of Operator Workstations to connect back to Ovation Unit-1.
• Configuration of Ovation hardware including Printers, Ovation special purpose keyboards, GPS, LCD etc.
• Database collection and modification of KESC Retrofit Project.
• Onsite Configuration & attributes changes of I/O’s in OVATION Developer Studio
• Onsite Addition & Removal of I/O points according to customer requirement.
• GTs interface to Ovation Control system.
• Verification & Modifications of internal Logic according to the changing process requirements in Plant.
• Graphic modifications in Ovation against the customer demand.
• Networking for GT servers with Ovation.
• Planned & Executed the Power connections & Networking of DCS Controllers & Workstations and the Third party devices.
• Test & verified the Ovation Control functions & attributes to Customer during FAT, Complete IOs of Plant via simulation.
