General Responsibilities
• Independent responsible for Gen Set assembling Unit with the capacity of 15 unit/day. Directly reporting to GM (PG) &MD.
• Man Management, Staff totals 70no. Including Office Asst., DM Quality, Asst.Manager Inventory, Draftsman, Production Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Operators, Painters, Store Keeper, Helpers, Cleaners, Security Staff.
• Make sure Production quality in all respect with proper management of Deputy Manager Quality.
• Make sure Production quality of vendor suppliers in all respect with proper management of Deputy Manager Quality.
• Make sure Spares and components availability in Manufacturing Unit store with proper management of Asst. Manager Inventory.
• Preparation & Arrangement of production plan as per production requirements.
• Finalizing of BOM & Power wiring, and Instrumentations for different capacity Diesel GenSets.
• Management & finalizing of Power, Control, and Instruments Hookup, Mach, Fabrication drawings in Auto Cad..
• Selection of MV & LV Switch Gears, GCP, MCC, ATS/AMF. Panels. Power Transformers, pumps, • Motors and Instruments for Genset & Accessories Power, Controls, PLC Systems.
• Make sure in and out material in factory through proper SAP documentation.
• Proper management of Factory Administrative and Security issuers.
