Managed the coordination of network integration projects including development, implementation,
▪scheduling, coordinating workflow.
▪Responsible for all escalations and technical issues.
▪Research and resolve service issues and implement solutions.
▪Created documentation for personnel on projects as well as ensuring correct documentation and resource allocation for the projects.
▪Responsible for Identifying and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Assist Project Manager with distributing required supplies to the team at the start of the day and checking in materials at the end of the day.
▪Perform field inspections of team on the job sites and observe that procedures and safety standards are being followed.
▪Provide guidance and on the job training to field staff and assists in the interpretation and implementation of company work procedures, policies, and service standards.
▪Acts as the go-to person when field staff needs assistance, or when reporting an issue with a customer or customer site.
▪Assist Project Manager with the presentation of safety training and tailgate meetings.
▪Oversee and ensures that safety training classes are performed on schedule.
▪Assist in ensuring that all route schedules are completed as planned.
