Job Responsibilities
Responsible for monthly, quarterly & annual draft accounts along with retained earning summary of all departments to the management for true & fair presentation of Consolidate Financial Statement of Hashwani Hotels Limited
Responsible for Doing Intra-company current account on monthly basis
Preparation and finalization of Annual Financial Statement of the Hotel
Responsible for the Supervision of timely reporting of Income Tax (Deduction at source, Sales Tax as well as Preparation and filling of employees & Suppliers Quarterly and annual Income Tax Returns.
Co-ordination with Internal / External & Government Auditors (including EOBI, SESSI, Sales Tax) for resolving their queries.
Responsible for making annual Business Plan of the hotel. Preparation of weekly, monthly, Annual Cash Flow statement as per the requirement of VP’s & DED’s of Hashwani Hotels Limited
Budgeting and forecasting with periodical controls, variance analysis, management reporting and ensuring compliance
Verification/Approval of Payment Vouchers & petty cash vouchers
Dealing with the administrative matters of finance wing
Preparing Books of Accounts (Cash Book, General Ledger, Trial Balance and Financial Statement)
Review & reconcile the Bank & revalued the Foreign currency bank accounts
Responsible for timely closing of payroll & transfer to associates salaries into bank on time after the proper verification of third party liability like; Income Tax, EOBI, Provident fund Etc.
