Corporate Revenue Operation Manager (Finance). (2019 - April 2023) Provide executive-level administrative and analytical support and working upon all matter related to Business’s operations and customer volume, Insurance, RCM Finance, Account Receivable, Purchasing Material & Supply Chain and support.
• Prepare monthly Revenue Operational Report for billed and unbilled revenue of month for finance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Over-Due & Not-Due outstanding report for C-Level Management.
• Perform daily business operation & administrative reporting task related to customer Revenue Volume.
• Updates business operation and productivity along Revenue performance dashboard.
• Perform superior role during implementation of effective operation budget.
• Highly involvement with vendor all level cycling during business material supplies and payment.
• Review and updates operational policies and process on quarter to year basis.
• Prepare all business operational projection’s PODC and milestone’s flow for senior director and HOD.
• Prepare and Communicate all over insurance companies their Payer performance.
• Monthly evaluate RCM operational performance.
• Supervise over all cycle of operation and Debt Collection Team and prepare Credit Control Dashboard (home health clinic, sponsor billing, self-pay, secondment, MVA).
• Analyze accounts receivable and revenue reports for Covid -Non Covid, extract meaningful presentations and communicate the operational grants from DOF.
• Perform all other urgent and important given task from HOD.
