- Develop & maintain customer level data for PCE across 4 regions including all trade channels (Direct, Wholesale, Pre-Sell, Modern Trade Key Account …etc)
- Develop balanced routes based on set KPI's such as ( number of customers, daily visits….etc)
- Match retail census data with collected customer level data.
- Prepare different retail data census analysis when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Apply sales standards on operation execution in term of sales expansion & data analysis i.e. Digital Maps, Reporting Tools, Census analysis to ensure smooth expansion plan execution & up to date routes in place
- Works on routes optimization through creating balanced routes based on number of customers, visits per day and route completion time in order to improve sales productivity.
- Execute the coverage expansion plans through aligning with USMs on coverage expansion plan and ensure targets are achieved in timely manner leading to increase unit’s productivity
- Prepare analytical data on quarterly basis for outlet types and coverage to share with management for exploring new opportunities & enhancing better decision making.
- Maintain the customer level data gathering process through organized field data collection in order to unify the customer information for PCE including coolers information.
- Conduct the rerouting efforts through plotting customers on digital maps & cluster routes based on set KPIs (i.e. no. Of customers, visits, route completion time& volume) in order to keep route data up to-date
- Provide in depth data analysis for retail census data including (competitors, coolers penetration …..) through extracting reports from GIS systems to be provided for Sales & Marketing management team for their review & action.
- Provide ongoing training for the sales force team on data gathering, routes reading & KPIs tracking to ensure maximum technology utilization
GIS Homeland security solution for Qatar ministry of interior, solution aims at computerizing the workflow of Qater’s security system starting form call tacking, assigning and dispatching needed resources, emergency management, till the service/problem closure. In addition to integration with the already existing systems (e.g. siemens telephony system, proQA, …etc).
