Leading the team of Warehouse Staff as to conduct the Quarterly and yearly inventory.
Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
Analyse different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
Recruit and train new employees as needed.
Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained within specified limits by ordering additional supplies when
needed
Monitoring the status of inventory to ensure that it is accurately tracked and managed.
Overseeing the distribution of inventory to ensure that supplies are distributed evenly
across departments or locations.
Reviewing invoices from suppliers to ensure that all orders were received and processed in accordance
with company policies.
Determining the need for additional inventory based on sales forecasts or other factors that might impact
supply levels.
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that deliveries are made on time and that the quality of
merchandise is good.
Developing and implementing inventory control policies and procedures to ensure efficient use of
inventory assets.
Making sure that all employees follow inventory control procedures, such as keeping track of incoming
and outgoing items.
Conducting periodic inventories of supplies on hand to ensure accurate records.
Processing of DSD invoices in systems.
Processing of invoices as per purchase order.
Processing of Debit Notes against the returns or vendor’s Credit Notes.
Dispatching of stock and making shipping manifests.
Releasing branch orders.
Management of stock in system as per physical existence.
Sending out the important reports to the higher authorities.
Sending the invoices to ACCOUNTS PAYBLES DEPT. for payment.
Daily reports and email updating.
Handling monthly and annual Inventory process.
Other activities, such as physical receiving and verification of stock.
Handling and control of returnable items to their respective vendors.
Training new employees
Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained within specified limits by ordering

accordingly across locations as per purchase orders.

* Applying zero tolerance policy on parts theft.
* Ensuring the zero complain policy as respect to quality.
Ensuring the best service to customers on call.
* Listening to the problem and providing the solution.
* Making the quality calls without getting rude.
* Maintaining the AHT (average hour time) and providing the solution within it.
* Knowledge of packages and services given to customers.
