• Manage Project related CAPEX and OPEX payments including normal trade payments, verification of project payment documentation including completion stage, ensure compliance and cash flows accordingly.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly MIS reporting, Balance Sheet including movement of accruals, retentions, advances, CAPEX schedules and cash flow projections.
• Liaison Project Team and Treasury Team to assist in Budgeting and Projections.
• Assist in VAT reporting including payable and receivable reconciliations and adjustments.
• Responsible for reconciliations with suppliers, analysis of supplier aging, and ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly reporting.
Special Project - Billing & Revenue Assurance Experience:
•Performed scrutiny of customers' dues and assess internal controls including Oracle ERP with respect to billing and revenue assurance.
•Performed reconciliations, analyze write‐off, supervise team and suggest opportunities for improvements to Management.
•Responsible for customer disputes resolution and if deemed allocation of customer to recovery agency.
•Responsible for MIS reporting and assist collection teams in making invoices, reports, aging analysis, budgets and evaluation to ensure collection and minimize delay in collection, ensure completeness, accuracy, risk assessment, reconciliation, compliance, periodic closing and ensure controls with proper SOP implementation.
