• 380/115/33kV BSP RIC SS #1 & OHTL - Royal Commission at Ras Al Khair. (By: SSEM).
• Second Expansion of Manifa 380kv BSP & Remote End of RIC SS #1. (By: SSEM)
Key of Responsibilities: -
• Mainly involved in Construction supervision of substation installation, erection works including Testing and commissioning of Auto /power transformer, GIS, Protection relays, Current transformers(CT), Potential Transformer (PT), Substation incoming and outgoing feeder metering, voltage stabilizer, synchronizer and automation system, Firefighting system, Overhead and underground line construction and all related electrical panels with necessary safety precautions.
• Daily site visits to check the progress of work and also supervise the installation & erection work of electrical equipment
• Monitor and follow up all daily works related to the discipline and report to the Project Engineer (SEC) for any violation / deviation from the standards or specs.
• Monitor all procedures of testing and commissioning performed by the Contractor.
• Weekly meetings with Contractor to review the progress & implementation.
• Inspect all incoming approved materials and compliance with the specifications.
• Maintain quality control procedures for installation of the projects.
• Monitor the progress of the work under SEC including inspection of the PROJECTS in accordance with applicable SEC Standards and Specifications by dates specified.
• Guide to maintain record of all materials at site and review the material procurement schedule.
• Review and comments the design drawing submitted by the Contractor through SEC and report to the Project Engineer (SEC).
• Review all Submittals" submitted by contractors and ensure that the proposed materials comply with SEC's requirements and relevant International Standards.
• Review certify "As-Built" drawings and Test Record Books.
• Work though punch list with SEC department AMD/LMD.
• Assist SEC in the Technical Completion, Energizing, Performance Acceptance and Final acceptance activities of the projects and in signing/issuing of the required certificates.
• Management and control of environmental health and safety to risks associated with project activities

Key of Responsibilities: -

6.Assist SEC in the Technical Completion, Energizing, Performance Acceptance and Final acceptance activities of the PROJECTS and in signing/issuing of the required certificates.
7.Review/ comment and approve the design drawing submitted by the Construction Contractor through SEC(Saudi Electricity Company) or directly to RGC (Radicon Gulf Consult) and report to the Project Engineer the status.
8.Review all "Material Proposals" and Purchase Orders submitted by CONTRACTORS and ensure that the proposed materials comply with SEC's requirements and relevant International Standards.
9.Review all procedures of testing and commissioning performed by the Contractor.
10.Review and certify "As-Built" drawings. Test Record Books.
11.Assist SEC in the Technical Completion, Energizing, Performance Acceptance and Final acceptance activities of the PROJECTS and in signing/issuing of the required certificates.
