  Implement Quality control procedure, relevant Industry procedures & Assure good quality and safe workmanship as specified by Saudi Aramco’s Specifications & Stds.
 Material Receiving inspection & Inspection on fabricated piping, structures, pipeline
before, during & after completion for measurement, correct materiel specification, consumables (storage, preservation, verifying test certificates & proper handling).
 Valve Receiving, Valve Preservation and Valve Hydro testing as per SAEP-35, 04-SAMSS-35 & SAES-L-108
 Witnessing Flange Joint Assembly, Bolt Torquing & Pipe internal Cleaning as per SAEP-351 and SAEP-388/SAES-L-488.
 Review/maintain calibration records of Inspection/Test Equipment.
 Preparation/Review of Hydro test packages as per the requirements in SAEP-1160
 Hydro Testing Inspection: Monitoring the field construction pressure, testing & documentation activities for compliance with specifications. (Piping and Pipeline)
 Familiar with hydro testing related Saudi Aramco standards like SAES-A-004, SAES-A-005, SAES-A-007, G.I.0002.102 etc. And De-watering as per SAEP-327.
 Ensuring all NDT records, RFI’s, Punch list Items, Inspection record for all activities are completed prior to filling & testing.
 Ensuring the field construction personnel are following the onsite pipe installation & testing requirements in compliance with SAES-L-150/450, G.I.7.025 & safety manuals.
 Ensuring all monitoring, surveillance and inspection duties are performed as required.
 Inspection & supervising construction, stringing of pipes & pipe supports, excavation of trench, backfilling, berming, stabilization, burn-pit constructions, Thrust boring, Field Bending, LDS (Leak Detection System) etc.
 Ensuring that all necessary precautions are followed to prevent coating damages during Loading/unloading,
Preparation of QA/QC project documentation and inspection reports
 Familiar with welding inspections that is before, during and after welding activities at site.
 Inspecting fit-up and welding as per client specification, WPS and Standards.
 Inspection of final weld quality for Visual Defects, weld face and root appearance, reporting the welded joints.
 Inspection and verification of instrument and Equipment orientation, prior to start full penetration welding.
 Raw material inspection and Consumables inspection: Visual, dimension, verification of correctness, identification and correlation with manufacturer’s test certificate
 Monitoring of Pre-heat, inter-pass temperature and inter-pass cleaning as per WPS
 Analyzing & maintaining welder performance records.
 Weld Visual and Evaluation of welder performance with statistics report
 Monitor and carry out day to day fabrication and inspection activities such as marking, cutting, edge preparation, fit up welding and assembly work
 Test Pack review and attachments of all the reports necessary to conduct hydrotest and for the client review.

 Review Project specification and attend the kick of meeting with Client & Inter-discipline departments.
 Carrying out inspection for all incoming materials Plates, Valves and other Construction materials.
 Prepare material traceability, inspection reports and control of documents for regular inspection activities.
 Perform Inspection & release witness & hold points by signing out the test records confirming to specifications.
 Review/maintain calibration records of Inspection/Test Equipments.
 Co-ordinate and submit RFI to client inspectors as per Inspection & Test Plan.
 Carry out the Fit-up inspection of joints. Inspection the weld fit-up of joints prior to root pass and visual inspection of final weld, conducting the NDT test on welding joints.
 Monitoring different types of mechanical tests like Peaking & Banding, Roundness, Leveleness & Plumbness, Pad Leak Test (PLT), Vacuum Box Test, Penetrating Oil test
 Preparation of final punch list and Hydro test packages to submitting client.
 Working to close out the client issued NCR.
 Prepare and compile final dossier for submitting to client inspector's review and approval.
Customer Co-ordination to obtain stage clearance from client

 Review Project specification and attend the kick of meeting with Client & Inter-discipline departments.
 Review WPS and PQR for the project requirements
 Carrying out inspection for all incoming materials plates, welding electrodes and construction materials.
 Prepare material /weld traceability, inspection reports and control of documents for regular inspection activities.
 Review/maintain calibration records of Inspection/Test Equipments.
 Co-ordinate and submit RFI to client inspectors as per Inspection & Test Plan.
 Carry out the visual inspection on weld joints. Control and witnessing for the NDT tests.
 Inspection the weld fit-up of joints prior to root pass and visual inspection of final weld, conducting the NDT test on welding joints.
 Witness of WQT for welders.
 Monitoring different types of mechanical tests like Peaking & Banding, Roundness, Leveleness & Plumbness, Pad Leak Test (PLT), Vacuum Box Test, Penetrating Oil test, &Positive Material Identification (PMI).
 Monitoring the different types of NDE like RT, PT, MT, UT and RTFI.
 Carry out the blasting and painting inspection as per approved procedures.
 Preparation of final punch list and Hydro test packages to submitting client.
 Keep report file for all Non Destructive Tests.
 Working to close out the client issued NCR.
 Prepare and compile final dossier for submitting to client inspector's review and approval.
 Customer Co-ordination to obtain stage clearance from client.

 Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving quality function
 Coordinating, administrating, and/or performing inspection activities, document control, and writing reports
 Responsible for ensuring the Quality of Fitup, Welding, Qualifying Welders and documented in accordance with the project specifications
 Verification of Material/Welding traceability, Equipment Calibration etc.
 Working to close out the client issued NCR..
 Inspection of Pipe Internal Cleaning (Pigging Test).
 Preparation of final punch list and Hydro test packages to submitting client.
 Witness and monitor the NDT, select the welds for Radiography and Interpretation
 Comply and implement established company policies and procedures

 Perform all Fit-ups & Welding Inspection of the work at site/shop as required
 Preparation & qualification of WPS
 Verification of NDT requirements as per QAP and co-ordination with NDT Sub- contractor.
 Witnessing - Wrapping & coating, Profile of Sand blasting and WFT, DFT for Coating.
 Experience of qualification of PQR for SMAW, GTAW
 PMI Test, Hardness Test, Holiday Test & Report preparation
 To ensure that all QC activities are performed timely with no delay to production
 To ensure that all the fabrication works are performed to the quality as per specification
 Witnessed NDT Methods i.e. RT, PT & MPT
 Working to close out the client issued NCR.
