Sr. Quantity Surveyor:

1) Quantifies work items based on approved plans and specifications.
2) Prepare quantity take-off and estimates cost proposals for change orders.
3) Quantifies subcontractor’s billing and specifications.

 Quantifies work items based on approved plans and specifications.

 Cost Analysis using Earned value Techniques
 Preparation of Budget v/s Cost Report and related curves.
 Assist in pre and post contract duties including estimating, costs,
 Preparation of contract documents through finalization of accounts.
 Liaise and correspond with client & project consultants.
 Progress reporting & scheduling in absence of Planning Engineer.

Responsibilities as Site Engineer

 Assist the Field Engineer in the supervision of all construction works being done.
 Assist in the interpretation and execution of plans and specifications.
 Determines and reports actual project accomplishment of work.
 Assist the requisition, issuance and delivery of materials, equipment and subcontract works.
 Assist in the enforcement of the implementation of quality control measures.
 Assist in the enforcement of all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations.
 Coordinating with Consultants for RFI and other Safety and Health issue
 Reporting Work Progress to Management and other Related Departments

Intern
