Responsible for the full HR & Employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit and involved in the day-to-day running of the HR Department.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment, transferring, promoting, and firing processes.
• Processing payroll information in an accurate and timely manner
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
• Assisting and administering in human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, Medical Insurance, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit, and for providing full administrative support to the Managers and Officers. Also involved in the day to day-to-day running of the HR office.
