Responsibilities:
Design consultation and shop drawing preparation.
Prepare drawing with coordination with other services and architectural/ structural components to avoid clashes thus reducing the time and cost
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for fresh Engineers
Motivate and guide the trainees about the profession through effective training.
Preparation of Excel datasheets and programs for Easy Designing according to standards.
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other materials related to MEP..
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design building management Systems (HVAC, Drainage, Water Supply and Firefighting) based on international codes like ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, UPC, ASME etc.
Preparation of Shop drawings asper the Design In consideration with feasibility.
Heat load calculations and Equipment Specification Description using HAP Software.
Selection of Air terminals and auxiliary components according to international standard to meet with client requirements.
Routing and sizing of Ducts and pipes in building management system in order to run without interruption
External static pressure calculations for ducts using Elite duct size.
Chilled water piping, Head loss calculation and selection of pump.
Quantity take off from drawing and preparation of material Estimate.
