Job role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis and estimate, and studies for all deliverables
involved in the assigned project.
Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability.
Determining the amount, type, and cost of materials and fixtures needed for each project.
Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
Prepare best procurement strategy analyzing various quotations received from suppliers.
Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants) and client.
Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types.
Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents
(plans specifications, etc.)
Analyzing drawings to determine components as well as suitable outlet placement based on electrical codes.
Determining the amount, type, and cost of materials and fixtures needed for each electrical project.
Determining the potential profitability of electrical projects to assist management in making sound bidding decisions.
Providing viable solutions to increase project profitability.
Completing and submitting competitive project bids in accordance with established guidelines.
Regularly updating cost databases to accurately reflect fluctuating material and labor costs.
Supervise & co-ordinate the project on site.
Job role and Responsibilities:
Execution and Evaluation of work as per approved drawing
Prepare CAD Diagrams, documentation and Supervision of all works
Communicate with other disciplines & departments to facilitate and manage the project till completion
On site modification and replacement as per site requirements & standards
Restricted Earth Fault Relay (REF) testing as per IE Standards
Job role and Responsibilities:
Testing, Erection, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of HV & LV PANELS.
Testing, Erection, Maintenance & Commissioning of 11 kV/433 V - Oil & Dry type Transformers.
Transformer Tests :- Insulation Resistance, Winding Resistance, Ratio Test, Core Balance Test, Vector group Test,
BDV, DGA & DGC.
Operates SF6 and Vacuum Circuit breakers (ABB, SIEMENS, AREVA, TAMCO, and ALIND) and isolators to interrupt
flow of current.
Maintenance & Operation of HV Control & Relay Panels.
Inspection of equipment, such as Transformers, Pumps, Fans, Batteries, and Circuit Breakers to detect defects and
indications of line disturbances.
