 Supervise and Assist in the full cycle of accounting and finance activities
 Manage various financial and accounting activities including monthly closing of the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash management, etc.
 Prepare periodical financial statements i.e Profit and loss statements, Balance sheets on a timely basis
 Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
 Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

 Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
 Manage the petty cash and keep track of the amounts issued to the personnel
 Follow up with operation department to get the progress of reports and invoices submitted to the clients
 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction and optimizing financial resources.
 Monitor and manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
 Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for the department
 Oversee all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
 Arrange new sources of finance and debt facilities.
 Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
 Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects.
 Review Company bottlenecks and recommends changes to improve the overall level of the Company.
 Negotiate with Banks and other financial services as required.

 Prepared and circulates regular financial reports of the group (comprising 8 companies spread across India)
 Assisted in financial evaluation of new projects for the group and prepare detailed project reports
 Managed, coordinated and participated in the development of Group master budget and also budgets for different business units of the Group
 Analyzed financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions
 Played an active role in the development of financial systems and procedures and to implement an effective system of internal controls
 Analyzed variances to forecast and previous period results for each group companies as well as for the group
 Performed statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reports available in the various financial systems

 Assisted in preparation of various MIS reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Audit Reports and other financial reports
