The functional responsibilities while working as Accounts officer includes:
•Oversee the daily sales operations and deliveries to customers at proper time.
•Checking all the receivables and payables.
•Follow up the customers relating to paymments.
•Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.

•Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
•To ensure that all the financial transactions are treated appropriately with supporting documents.
• Process the month and year end processes, accounts payable and receivables and oversee the general ledgers.
• Timely reconciliation of debtors and creditors ledgers and preparation of party payments.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statement to locate unclear payments for further correspondence.
•Liaise with internal and external auditors and resolved their queries related to the accounts
•Preparation of monthly payroll of 450 employees.
Recording of cash vouchers, journal entries, Banks vouchers respectively into their accounts.
•Timely reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors accounts.
•Filing all the vouchers and documents
•Involved in HR department and handle related documents.
•Assist in preparation of financial statements.
