Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor invoices and issuing account statements for customers
• Anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Coordination of supply activities with sales executives, supply staffs and godown staffs
• Prepare E way bill, E invoice from GST portal
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and follow-up payment with customers
• Issuing credit note and debit note to customers
• Manage all accounting transactions and Prepare annual budget forecasts
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Provide financial statements in time
• Managing bank account and petty cash and ensure timely internal and external payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Office administration, documents filing and reporting to management
• Managing collection and deposits
• Assisting with auditing functions
• Managing Payroll activities
• Prepare Monthly Performance Report (MPR
