bedding, Sand Covering, Backfilling, Berm & PAD etc.) in accordance with IFC (Issued for
Construction) drawings and Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES).
• Ensure that civil construction activities align with approved drawings, materials, and
procedures.
• Fully monitored trench activities, including excavation, bedding, pipe laying, and
backfilling, ensuring adherence to approved methods and quality benchmarks
• Supervised berm construction activities, ensuring strict compliance with IFC drawings,
compaction requirements, and approved construction procedures.
• Monitored PAD works including systematic, layer-by-layer backfilling using approved
materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and verifying Finished
Ground Level (FGL) as per IFC.
• Performed soil sampling and quality testing for marl material, asphalt base course, and
aggregate to ensure conformity with Aramco material specifications.
• Oversaw Right of Way (ROW) construction and restoration activities, ensuring
compliance with IFC drawings and SAES quality requirements.
• Coordinated with QA/QC teams, construction engineers, and third-party laboratories to
validate test results, material approvals, and site execution against the projects quality
control plan.
• Ensured documentation and inspection reports were maintained in alignment with
Aramcos standards and audit requirements
• Inspected incoming material to site/warehouse is in conformance with purchase order,
delivery note, Material technical approvals
• Ensure all work adheres to relevant standards such as Saudi Aramcos SAES-L-450,
SAES-L-650, SAES-A-114, etc.
• Verify the correct execution of right-of-way, trenching, sand cover, and other civil
activities per project requirements.
• Raise RFIs when the site is ready for inspection or when clarification is required.
• Track and manage RFI updates, ensuring that they are processed and addressed in a
timely manner.
• Perform regular surveillance of the site to monitor work progress, quality, and
adherence to safety protocols.
• Report any discrepancies or issues identified during site monitoring to the concerned
teams.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, site conditions, and any quality issues
encountered.
• Regularly update inspection logs and other relevant documents for easy tracking and
reporting.
• Provide updates on inspection results and the status of site activities
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth
project execution.
• Communicate any issues, concerns, or required actions to the relevant stakeholders
effectively.

Overseeing construction works being completed on site. Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries, and tools applicable to his / her particular. Discipline and area of work. Role in Supervising In Accident Prevention. Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data Confirming and providing safe working conditions at the exact work place. Regularly checking progress of works according to the schedule.

• Inspected incoming material to site/warehouse is in conformance with purchase order,
delivery note, Material technical approvals and waiver (if applicable)
• Ensures Inspection Release Report was received for material with Inspection Level 1 and
above.
• Conduct inspection on regular basis for contractor & subcontractor warehouses, lay
down Area/ Yard to ensure proper material handling storage and preservation.
• Coordinated and interface with Site Engineer, subcontractor and vendor regarding
quality issues.
• Prepared and submit Weekly Inspection Schedule. Prepared internal Non-Conformance
Report
• Work according to Quality Standards
• Ensures that rejected material is segregated and not used at the site & Raised RFIs .
• Ensure the full implementation of Project Quality Plan &Monitoring Project Quality
Control.
• Promotes and strengthens project objectives through teamwork.

• Prepare Daily Work Plan Site monitoring.
• Conducting QTBS (Quality Tool Box) meetings for awareness and information of site
engineers, supervisors, foremen and skilled workers
• Ensuring that Quality documents are properly maintained in accordance with the
required project procedures.
• Ensuring that revision of Quality procedures is distributed up to date and on file.
• Monitoring the use of proper calibration instruments at proper location for delivering
inspection activities Preparing weekly report of inspection activities.
• Ensure that project quality related documentation is maintained and reporting
requirements are satisfied in a timely manner.
• Coordination with client and contractor, attending weekly and monthly QA/QC
meetings.
• It is the prime duty to hold any activities not complying with the approved standards
and specification.
• Experience in Quality Control works & quality assurance those products and supplies
Companies with the relevant Standards that exit in the execution of the project.
• Co-ordinate to various disciplines Engineers on site and must implement the directions
of the client representatives.
• Maintain a well-organized filing system for the Department in accordance with Quality
System.
