Design and Fabrication of Helmet Cooling Mechanism As part of my final year B.Tech project, I designed and fabricated an innovative helmet cooling mechanism integrated with a thermoelectric cooling system. The project aimed to reduce the internal temperature of helmets by 4–6°C to enhance user comfort and safety, especially in hot environments. We used Peltier modules, heat sinks, and a compact power source to create an effective and portable cooling solution. The design process focused on ensuring ergonomics, safety, and material optimization while maintaining user convenience. This project strengthened my skills in mechanical design, thermal analysis, component selection, and practical implementation of engineering concepts.
