• Draft a variety of legal documents, contracts, resolutions, legal correspondences and other related documents in both Arabic and English languages; Amend, format and review legal documents for spelling and mistakes and Handle proof reading.
• Manage incorporations of entities in Abu Dhabi Global Market, DED, other free zones, BVIs etc., prepare various documents like incorporation resolutions, AoAs, Business Plans etc. and handle liasion with other goverment departments.
• Perform legal and factual research as well as records research; identify relevant legal information, codes and other pertinent materials; organize, analyze and cross check information; extract necessary information when required and prepare written reports.
• Responsible for creation, review, control and management of all company files and records belonging to Companies under Royal Group, optimizing current document management system of Legal Department Server and LAS, in order to ensure reliable access to them.
• Responsible for Fire Proof Cabinet Files of all Royal Group Companies; manage, monitor, keep safe and update movement of original documents in and out, in order to easily retrieve and locate them.
• Responsible for Royal Group’s entire Real Estate matters' filing; work on creating, updating and maintaining the Real Estate Folders of Royal Group locally and internationally with every information related to Group's properties worldwide both in LD Server and LAS, in order to provide quick access to information.
• Responsible for getting the legal documents of Royal Group companies translated by Legal Translator in timely and cost efficient manner; Coordinate with Translation Offices; Get the comments and translation reviewed by Head of Legal and arrange the final version of documents legalized, in order to comply with UAE Law.
• Liaise with PROs in relation to corporate documents’ registration, renewal, amendments, notarizations and attestations.

• Provide paralegal support, draft, amend and format a variety of legal contracts and administrative documents in both Arabic and English language and provide assistance in dealing with complex contracts and documents.
• Prepare, update and maintain consolidated litigation reports including litigations for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi, Egypt, Canada, UK and Arbitration proceedings.

• Coordinate with legal translation office for documents requiring legal translation.
• Handle payments to the court for labor, commercial or property related cases.
• Handle the entire filing system of legal department.
• Provide secretarial support to the Work Group using Microsoft Word, E-mail, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Create and amend high volume of documents, correspondence and e-mails, to a high degree of accuracy and often to tight deadlines; tracking changes in completed documents

• Compose confidential letters, reports, presentations and other documents that may include but is not limited to word processing, typing of letters, memos, forms, policies and procedures.
• General Arabic and English secretarial and administration works.
