The first thin we do is to receive reservation tour operatton, after receiving booking we now allocate to the booking list, after receiving this booking we now put them in our system so that in the day of arrival we can see at a glans those that are coming on that day, also we arrange them according to their stay like those staying for one week or those staying for two week or those staying for three week. so that in the check in day we can receive them quickly , check out, billing, cashiering. menu making. preparing guest count, collection of keys, receiving arrival and departure, arrival list. departure list
i was among the ten student who were given scholarship to further there studies. and among the student given free attachment opportunity to hotel. and during our attachment am also among the first to be staff at the hotel.
