JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROJECT DEPARTMENT • Factory Project handling . • Weekly and monthly prepaid project reporting, Audit control & Materials Receiving report . • Developed and achievable estimate plan, inclusive of budget. • Project materials Store Supervising & Project material inventory management . • Preparing materials request and collecting quotations from supplier. • Supervised installation, inspection and maintenance operations. • Project planning and control . • Drawing and modification of Engineering drawing . • Interpreted technical specifications and engineering drawings to perform equipment installations. • Firefighting piping work modification and utility piping work . • Technical knowledge in Tortilla wraps machinery , sliced bread line ( Mecatherm, AMF ) & Industrial flour distribution system (Reimelt) .

It’s a subsidiary company of Herfy Food Services Company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise maintenance department activities to minimize downtime and increase efficiencies throughout the plant. • Maintain Production & maintenance related machine break down log. • Maintain machine Monitoring records. • Conduct preventive maintenance of machines as per plan. • Supervised installation, inspection and maintenance operations. • Assisted in internal audits activities and recorded audit results. • EMD Store Supervising & Experience in EMD material management. • Preparing spare parts request and collecting quotations from supplier.
