JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Software development and maintenance for school management, staff management, library, Bus & ID cards
2. Database Management & Server maintenance
3. Develop and maintain the websites and web portal for student, teacher and admin
4. Upload notes, worksheets, syllabus, circulars, newsletter etc to the website
5. Photography & videography for school events
6. Upload the photos in websites and social Medias.
7. Hardware support - maintenance of desktop, laptops, printers etc
8. Classroom Support - maintenance of interactive white boards, projectors, speakers etc
9. Teachers support - Technical support, Upload classroom contents, downloading & printing of support material, work sheets and help sheets, creating user ids for website, teachnext software etc.
10. Computer lab Support - Installation of hardware and necessary softwares
11. Technical Support for academic heads, admin staff etc
12. Setup and maintain Local area network including computer labs, IT room, office etc (Crimping, punching, setting IDF, switches etc)
13. Configure routers and switches as required.
14. Perform basic diagnostic routines.
15. Installation of Softwares as required
16. Counter arrangements for open house, admission, books & Uniform sale
17. Mementos, Cup Printing - printing mementos for guests, teachers & students
18. Certificates & badges - As per requirements
19. IT related support for programs in Auditorium
20. Edit Music and videos for the annual day, carnival and other functions
21. Creating school mail IDs for events, teachers & other staff
22. CCTV - taking backups from different blocks and buses
23. Token installation & Token counter Arrangements
24. Assist in planning and implementing changes to elements of the IT service as required
