Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborated with the project team to develop a
comprehensive interior fit-out plan.
• Overseeing on-site interior fit-out work to ensure adherence to
design specs and quality standards.
• Managing resources for smooth workflow and efficient site
utilization.
• Promoting and enforcing a safe working environment and
ensuring safety compliance by workers and subcontractors on
the construction site.
• The progress of activities is tracked and compared to the
project schedule.
• Acting as a liaison, ensuring effective communication, and
providing regular progress updates to the project manager
while promptly addressing issues.
• Applying technical expertise in architectural drawings, MEP
systems, materials, and construction techniques to ensure
successful interior fit-out execution.
• On-site issues, conflicts, or unexpected challenges are
proactively identified and resolved, ensuring minimal
disruptions to project progress.
• Maintaining transparent client communication, addressing
concerns, and ensuring satisfaction by exceeding
expectations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :
• Overseeing and coordinating the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on the construction site. Ensuring that work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Promoting and enforcing a safe working environment on the construction site. Ensuring that workers and subcontractors adhere to safety regulations and practices.
• Tracking the progress of activities and comparing it to the project schedule.
• Coordinating the delivery of construction materials,
equipment, and machinery to the site.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including daily reports, work orders, material receipts, and any variations or changes to the original plans.
