Support assigned packages, source and propose the bidders from registered Company approved vendor list and based on approved Procurement Strategy within the project.
● Ensure that all Supplier Pre-Assessment is done in compliance with the procedure to improve the performance of company/project in Supplier selection.
● Communicate with all relevant in-house departments to ensure all requirements are included in the bidding documents - including flow down - and prepare/issue the RFQ to the suppliers of the Bidders lists.
● Challenge requirements according to suppliers’ market and project’s requirements.

● Highlight all discrepancies in Procurement processes, identify related risks and propose actions to minimize such risk.
● Prepare and obtain signature of the Purchase Order or Contract according authorization matrix.
● Review all commercial and contractual correspondence and take necessary actions as required. Maintain the files for each Purchase Order in an orderly fashion.
● Participates in the expediting, Quality Control, and Logistics team throughout the post award to ensure a timely delivery.
Designing of building mechanical systems (HVAC, Drainage, Water Services and Firefighting) using relevant codes like ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, National Plumbing Code, Uniform Plumbing Code etc.
HVAC load calculation & external static pressure calculations. Quantity take-offs from drawings and preparation of material estimates according to BOQ.
Quantity verification of projects based on Inspection Requests (IR) according to progress of work in sites.
Preparation of all mechanical system shop drawings i.e. HVAC, Drainage, Water Services and Firefighting in consideration with the contract, BOQ.
Tendering / Bidding the Projects, and review/finalize the estimated price.
Head loss / Pressure drop calculation and selection of chilled water pump and fire pumps.
Familiar in site execution of all mechanical systems and supervision.
Ability to work in Planswift - (For Quantity).
Expertised in designing and drafting using AutoCAD.
Moderate Knowledge in Autodesk REVIT.
