 Coding, Verification and Processing of Vendors invoice and Sub Contractors Payment Certificate in ERP System.
 Allocation of All expenses to appropriate Job and Cost Centers.
 Reconciliation of Vendors& Subcontractors statement On Regular Basis.
 Preparing and maintaining of vendors & Sub contractors aging and database.
 Release the payment as per the payment Terms and according to the company policies.
 Verification and Allocation of petty cash Vouchers.
 Book accrual and deferral entries correctly and timely.
 Maintaining the General Ledger Accounts Reconciliation.
 Maintaining Fixed Asset Register.
 Accounting up to Finalization (P&L Account, Balance Sheet & Cash flow Statement)
 Bank Reconciliation and Liaise with Bank.
 Assist the Chief Accountant in Closing of Books.
 Preparation of Staff Payroll for 300 employees as per Wage Protection System and allocations of labor cost to proper job according to Cost Centre.
 Monitor Staff loans and other personal expenses and make deduction from the salaries
 Preparation of all final settlement (Gratuity, Leave Account etc) of employees.
 Preparing and Maintaining of Bank Guarantees & Letter of Credit.
 Keeping good knowledge of Job Costing.
 Preparation of All Necessary Statement as Required by Management.

 Preparation of various financial and management reports like Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, fund position, Sales and profitability analysis, Financial Analysis & Aging Analysis to facilitate Management for Decision Making.
 Responsible for all accounting matters up to finalization (Trial balance, Profit and loss account and Balance sheet).
 Make sure that proper revenue is collected on all sales deals.
 Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
 Ensuring accuracy of day to day banking transactions
 Liaising and Following up with banks on daily cash movements
 Bank Reconciliation & Vendor Account Reconciliation etc
 Compliance with External Auditors’ Requirements
