• Developing, implementing and maintaining Quality Policies, Objectives, Manuals, Procedures, Processes etc. for fulfilling the requirements of QMS, IMS & BMS.
• Provide Internal Quality Training / Induction for QMS Awareness, Internal Auditor, ISO 9001:2015, Total Quality Management etc.
• Prepare the Company’s Annual Operation/Functional Objectives and Governance Plans and submit to BOD for approval.
• Developing and maintaining Quality Control Plans.
• Member of company’s Audit Committee.
• Dealing Clients for Quality related issues during the Project Kick off meetings.
• Lead and Manage Internal Audits for ISO 9001:2015 QMS & AISC Quality Assurance Assessments.
• Initiating Management Review Meetings and highlighting the problems in Management Systems and proposing solutions for improvements and better effectiveness to the company board members.
• Ensure that all activities meet and integrate with the organizational requirements for quality management, Health and Safety, legal and statutory requirements and general duty of care.
• Actively participating, negotiating & dealing SAUDI ARAMCO Inspector’s unplanned Plant Audits and successfully closed out NC's. (If any).
• Represent company for external 3rd party Certification Audits and client audits. (ISO 9001:2015, AISC, ARAMCO, Client Auditors etc.) and follow up for closing the NCR’s and ensures the corrective action taken is effective.
• Handling Non-conformance, Corrective Action Request, Root Cause Analysis, Risk & Opportunity for Improvement Analysis.
• Handling customer complaints and conflict resolving.
• Follow up on implementation of actions associated with documented Corrective Action Reports.
• Responsible for the development of quality associated documentation and processes which comply with customer contract, technical specifications, Code and Standard requirements and local jurisdictional requirements.
• To report conditions affecting quality to the Board of Directors.
• Identify areas for improvement and follow through towards the updating of related process documentation.
• Process Mapping will be done after analyzing every process activity.
• Attending Top Management Meetings for budget reviews, cost optimizations
• Resource staff with the appropriate experience of Quality Assurance (QA) activities for Projects and ensure any training requirements for staff are identified and implemented.
Duties & Responsibilities as QA Engineer/Internal Auditor
• Conduct Internal Audits for ISO 9001:2015 QMS & ASME Quality Assurance.
• Conduct ASME Surveys, Reviews, Audits, Investigations & Interviews.
• Represent company for external 3rd party Auditor or client audits. (ARAMCO, Client Auditors etc.)
• Review & evaluate MFR’s, Purchase Orders, ITP’s, MTC’s, Technical Submittals, Design Drawings, BOM, Codes & Standards etc. for each ARAMCO & NON-ARAMCO Projects.
• Raise NCR, analyze data and determine the root cause of NCR. (Follow up to close the NCR)
• Manage & Implement Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance.
• Apply Quality Management system tools for Document Management, Non-Conformance Handling, Corrective and Preventive Action Management.
• Develop, Manage & Implement QA- QC Manuals, Procedures, Formats, Flow Charts, Specifications etc. as per codes, standards and company requirements.
• Deal with AI, TPI, Client, Contractor, Saudi Aramco for schedule and arranging Inspections.
• Perform Vendor Evaluations, Supplier Performance Evaluations and Customer Satisfaction Surveys etc.
• Review, evaluate and update of UL documents (Production Reports, Inspection reports, Calibration Certificates, Label Records etc.)
• Perform all other related QA/QC Activities to ensure quality product and system is effectively implemented.
• Conduct risk analysis for the products.
• Liaise with company and third-party inspector/ASME Authorized Inspector.
• Initiate Management Review Meeting with the Top Management.
Duties & Responsibilities as QC Engineer
• Receiving/Incoming Material Inspections (Such as pipes, Plates, Flanges, Fittings, Gaskets, Shapes, Welding Consumables etc.)
• Review Material Testing Certificates/Batch Certificates to check the expiry dates and verification of specified Mechanical/Physical/Chemical composition values for compliance with Project Specification & applicable standards.
• Ensuring stage wise (LS & CS) fit up & Welding Inspections.
• To perform weld visual inspections as per approved WPS and applicable codes & standards.
• Preparing ITP’s, Procedures, Stage Inspection Reports, Hydro Testing Reports, Painting & Coating Inspection Reports etc.
• Arrange PTC/MTC Inspections with 3rd Party.
• Testing & Witnessing of LPT, MT, UT, RT & Welding Inspections.
• Review & Evaluate ITP, WPS, WPQR etc.
• To prepare Quality Control Plan as per project specification.
• Preparation of Weld map, weld schedule, WPS, PQR & WPQ as per applicable code & standards.
• Inspection of fabrication, installation of piping & structures as per ASME B31.3/ASME B31.1 & AWS D1.1 respectively.
• Performing the internal final inspection of completed Pressure vessels before subjecting to hydro test. (Visual inspections of weld joints & surface area)

• Witnessing hydro test, water test and pneumatic leak test of pressure vessels and storage tanks and prepare their reports.
•Actively Participating Mechanical 3rd Party Inspections in the substation projects of Saudi Electricity Company & National Grid, Saudi Arabia (Transmission & Distribution Projects)
•Ensure that all works are carried out as per Project Specification & Standard, Method Statement, Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), and that the latest version of the applicable document is available at point of use and as per approved Shop Drawings.

Routine inspection & maintenance of diesel engines, turbines, pumps, condensers, generators, and compressors.
•Develop, implement, review, approval & manage the Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s), Quality Control Plans & Procedures.
•Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP.
•Review of design drawings according to client specification and applicable code/ standard.
•Developing test protocols, dimensional inspection / functional testing and documenting test results.
•All site inspection shall be carried out wise an official Inspection and Test Request (ITR) submitted by the contractor through the proper channels.
•Raw material Inspection - Review of Test Certificates with respect to Standards, Project Specification & Purchase Order.
•Prepares and Issues Inspection Reports & Release for Shipment Certificates of equipment after Final Inspection and Testing.
•Witnessing & Reviewing Inspection Tests & Reports.
•Review of contractor / TPA deliverables (PQP, PEP, CVs of inspectors, Inspection Reports, Final Dossier) related to QA / QC inspections.
•Review and evaluate Purchase Orders, technical bids, drawings, minor engineering changes and/or other specifications to define product quality requirements.
•Conduct pre inspection meeting on behalf of client.
•Preparation of Quotations, Internal Assignment Orders, Pre-inspection Meeting Reports, Non Conformance & Quality Audit Reports, Invoices as per Client requirements.
•Review & Resolve Nonconformance Reports. (NCRs)
•Ensure that the CAR’s issued are followed up and closed-out (Corrective & Preventive Action) in effectively and timely manner.
•Develop, organize, implement and follow-up on the Quality Management System for the project (QMS): Quality Manual, Procedures and Quality Management Plans (in conjunction with the Managers from each departments.
•Conduct Internal Quality System Audit Program.
•Implement Internal Audit Report and monthly surveillance QC audit and issue NCR or comments to assure all NCR’S/Findings reported are closed on agreed time.
•Operating the Document Control System. (QMS Controller)
•Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.
•Ensure that the safety rules, quality of work and regulations are followed strictly on site.
•Ensure that the standard operating procedures of the company are being practiced in executing the projects at site.
•Follow and maintain company standards of Quality in accordance with company quality system requirements.
•Schedule & Perform Internal Audits, as required.(ISO Standards)
•Prepared weekly reports (MIS) on activities carried out including deficiencies and issues that cropped up during execution.
• Implement Quality Plan, TQM & ISO Procedures on site.
• To supervise and manage all Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) functions in the workplace and coordinate site QC Manager, Welding Inspectors, QC Inspectors and Procurement Manager for day to day QA/QC functions.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System (QMS).
• Preparation of Mechanical work procedures and ITP’s, QA/QC plan for procurement of Capital plant equipment.
• Inspection of incoming material and reporting to the project manager.
• Attend Client Quality Management & Audit Meetings.
• Inspect the production quality to establish if the client requirements are being achieved.
• Stage wise implementation of quality as per contract specifications.
• Provides recommendations with analysis of equipment conditions and corrective/ preventive action.
