Now currently working in national paints sharjha as a production supervisor in powder coating manufacturing department, I have knowledge about all powder coating machinery and production process.

Responsible for the assembly and testing process of the manufactured products in the assembly department by providing suitable instructions and supervising and controlling the workers under assembly department .The products include Electrical Panel Boards, Electrical Enclosure, IP rated Enclosure and Furniture.
•Got training and worked in different departments viz QC, Purchase, assembly, store.
•Prepare shortlist of critical items at assembly
•Training the assemblers and providing them adequate knowledge about the process
•Allotting the new employees their work places
•Providing the required tools & accessories needed for the assembly process to the workers.
•Ensuring the works are carried out on the scheduled time, thus enhancing the customer satisfaction.
•Motivating the employees in achieving the production goals and targets
•Maintaining records and documents of daily production and dispatched goods
•Planning employee rules and shift timings
•Taking important measures on employee safety issues
•Preparing monthly and yearly reports and presenting them before the production or manufacturing managers
•Communicating with the employees to understand their problems and make necessary changes
•Documentation of records for all product delivery and associated activities
