I am acting as a focal point for employees and managers regarding policies and processes, administration systems such as leave, performance management and HR ticketing system. I am partnering with top management to provide consultancies and enhance various HR tools and instruments. One of my main tasks is to arrange for the on/off boarding processes and conduct newcomers’ HR orientation sessions and exit interviews for leavers. I am responsible of conducting regular reviews of all company’s jobs descriptions, salaries satisfaction and others. I am preparing basic monthly payroll before submitting to finance.
