Worked as a Quantity Surveyor at GP Contractors & Engineers on a large-scale luxury resort development project with an approximate project value of ₹200 Crore. The project comprised multiple facilities and infrastructure works, including resort buildings, swimming pools, bridges, boat jetty, lagoon, STP, water tanks, roads, and other external development works, with more than 30 work orders executed simultaneously.
Key responsibilities included quantity take-off from drawings, preparation of BOQs, cost estimation, Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation, project scheduling and planning, verification and certification of subcontractor running account (RA) bills and final bills, measurement and valuation of executed works, preparation of quantity reports, and coordination with site and design teams. Also involved in interior fit-out quantity assessment, cost control, variation management, and ensuring accurate documentation for project billing and commercial management.

Worked as a Site Engineer for approximately one year on a high-rise residential apartment project valued at around ₹120 Crores, comprising 13 floors with ground and basement levels and a total built-up area of approximately 178, 000 sq. ft. Joined the project during its initial stage and actively contributed to both substructure and superstructure construction activities. Supervised daily site operations, coordinated with contractors and consultants, and ensured construction activities were executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Prepared and submitted daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to monitor project performance and support management decision-making. Conducted quality inspections and quality control checks for reinforcement, concrete, formwork, and other structural elements, ensuring compliance with project standards and relevant codes. Monitored material usage, verified work progress, and maintained detailed site records and reports for client review. Assisted in planning and execution activities, resolved site-related technical issues, and contributed to the successful delivery of a large-scale residential development through effective site management, quality assurance, and coordination.
