RESPONSIBILITIES
•Track Geometry and Track Alignment.
•Carrying out Inspection for Thermit and Flash Butt Welding before final inspection by the CSC prior to installation on the Main Line.
•Identifying damaged welds (ATW & FBW) and reporting to QC Management.
•Maintenance needs of Sleepers (Damaged & Repairable).
•Squaring & Spacing for Track Alignment.
•Inspection for Tamping (1st 2nd 3rd).
•Preparing track for Destressing.
•Measuring tracks to check sections are at the correct distance apart and at the right height
•Handling Manpower during various Production Stages (Rails & Sleepers).
•Preparing Daily Progress Report.
•Raising RFI as per completion of work/site requirements.
•Maintain equipment history.
•Reporting Grievances arising from Production and Main Line and providing alternate solution as necessary.
•Co-ordination with QA / QC Activities

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Drawing Interpretation.
•PTW Performing Authority
•Material Inspection.
•Fabrication and Erection of Pipes and their supporting materials according to the drawing.
•Calculate piping progress in inch-dia and inch-meter
•Checking of Daily Progress Report and Daily Man power Report
•Identification and Correlation of Raw Materials with Material test certificates.
•Co-ordination with QA / QC Activities.
•Inspection of Pipe Weld, Liner Welds for Fit up Stage, Root and final Stage, NDT (PT, RT) as per approved procedure.
•Managed the welding program, Welder Test and Weld Inspections. Inspection of bevel preparation, joint fit-up, and weld visual inspection.
•Inspection of Storage & handling of Consumables.
•Preparing loop for hydro testing.
