•Ensure effective management of deliveries, replenishment, allocations, optimal stock movement between boutiques in order to maximize the sales and inventory ageing to minimize obsolescence.
•Review purchase cycle and analyze - Sales, Stock, OTB, purchases and reorder. Responsible for monitoring all the processes involved from the purchase of items to the shipment, receipt, redistribution, replenishment.
•Weekly and Monthly brand wise Sell thru status of each season to assess the category, segments and models which are tends to fall below benchmark in order to encourage the sale of those skus.
•Create and distribute periodically various reports to GM, BM, Store supervisors and Brand Suppler including Sales reports, Sell thrus, Stock Status etc
•Provide BM necessary reports for buying, assists in checking Orders prepared by the Brand Managers to ensure that orders are placed for the right quantities and models.
•Scrutinize the Order Confirmation and Performa Invoice. FPO creation, obtains approvals, manage other administrative and operational functions.
•Build win-win relationships with suppliers. During shipment receipt, coordinate with the supplier and providing logistics all necessary document to ensure the smooth receiving of goods - sort out the shipment discrepancies, assist finance in Invoice matching etc.
•Ensure that the stocks from the suppliers are received within the promised Delivery window.
•Coordination with suppliers and stores on stock issues, returns, damages etc.
•Conduct occasional Showroom visits to obtain and share brand related information with staff. Follow up and provide solutions to store regarding brand specific operational issues and concerns.
•Assistance during Stock takes, Sales Promotion, stock clearance with stores, BM, liaises with other Depts. - inventory, operations.
•Staff individual achievement, store target % sale brand evaluation KPIs and other averages.
