Managing the COMMERCIAL & SME Banking Portfolio
Historical and Projected Financial Analysis,
Projected Cash Flow Analysis,
Profitability Analysis,
Collateral Analysis, and
Review of Legal Documents and Security Agreements
Account Management of the existing commercial portfolio and expansion of relationships
Gain new clients for Business Banking (SME), preparing the required credit and financial analysis
Spread and analyze financial statements, preparation of credit application and account review/renewal
Manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings and contain risks
Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities
Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, periodical client visits call reports
Data entry, data updating, creating data reports & monitoring all data for SME
Banking portfolio.
Provide maximum customer service, whilst operating within bank’s guidelines.
Collecting, collating and credit analysis in support of management & customer
requests. Also involved in reporting findings to work colleagues and senior
managers.
