1. am directly responsible for managing company’s networks, servers and all IT related issues in windows and Mac platform.

14. Managing IT Assets inventory with proper tracking method.
1.Install and configure HP and other brand product with windows platform. (Servers, Desktop, Plotters, Printer, Laptop, Switches, Access Point etc)
2. Implementing good and reliable network for new project and providing whole technical support for costumers.
3. Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage etc. In accordance with standards and project/operational requirement.
4. Providing network and hardware support for client companies.
5. Managing and coordinating AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) with client.

Duties and Responsibility:
1. Maintaining networks of contractor and consultant offices, Servers, Pac’s, Network Printers etc.
2. Creating, managing user account and group using active directory with appropriate rights and permission
3. Active directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy Administration.

5. Installing and configuring lotus notes 6.5 clients.
6. Technical support for desktops. Setup, configure of all hardware peripherals and software in servers & desktops.
