 Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
 Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
 Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
 Provide documentation and technical specifications to management for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
 Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
 Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
 Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
 Installation and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, Networks, printers and scanners
 Configuring Active Directory (AD) and managing user permissions.
 Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
 Configuring, installing, and maintaining Routers, Switches, NVR, Access Points, Printers, Fax Machine, Biometric Devices (Attendance/Access control), Backup Drive, CCTV etc..
 Knowledge in usage of backup software’s (Symantec Exec)
 Ensure and maintain connectivity throughout company's LAN network.
 Configuring and managing IP addresses (DHCP, Static, DNS etc..) for all the peripherals.
 Managing domains and coordinate with the providers for any issues
 Managing Google Apps Mail service.
 Installation & maintenance of ERP Applications with support of developers.
 Implementing Video Conference AV systems Infrastructures.
 Coordinating with Internet Service Provider (ISP) for new updates and better solutions.
 Registering, Evaluating & Prequalifying suppliers
 Trouble shooting through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone or remote access to help set up systems or resolve issues;
 Configuration of VPN (FortiGate) and ensuring remote connectivity.

Duties & Responsibilities
 Installation of customized mobile application for 5, 000 Tablets and training the teachers and students about the application usage.
 Evaluates, diagnoses, troubleshoots systems and perform repairs as necessary.
 Performs upgrades and additions to systems in order to increase functionality and usability.
 Performs service/installation of access control, closed circuit television systems (CCTV).
 Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items

 Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
 Setting up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
 Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
 Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
 Testing and Evaluating new technology;
 Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
