Buildings:
Review Shop Drawings of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Works and Inspection of Installations.
Ensuring correctness of works and coordination with other trades and services.
Witness and approval of all Testing and Commissioning activities for all Mechanical Systems including:
Fire sprinkler+Hose System, FM-200 System, Foam System, Water Mist system, Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System.
Chilled Water Balancing Including Controls, Air Blancing for AHUs, FAHUs & FCUs.
Smoke Management System (Stairwell Pressurization, Elevator Hoist Way Pressurization, Smoke Extract, etc.)
Water supply Systems (Domestic Cooled Water, Hot Water & Treated Grey Water).
Making Snag List & Taking Over Certificates.
Infrastructure:
Supervision of site wide Mechanical Utilities installations and T&C of systems. These Utilities include Potable Water Supply, Gray water, Fire Fighting, Drainage and Storm water piping Networks of more than Two kilometers long, including the Pumping Stations and Connection rooms for the respective Utility.
Job Responsibilities
Heat load calculation using Elite CHVAC and Carrier HAP Version 4.4
Duct designing
Raising RFI’s for inspection of works to Consultants.
Project planning (Making bill of quantities and raising material requisitions for on time procurement )
Ensuring correctness of works and coordination with other trades and services.
Testing and commissioning.
Installation of Chilled water system, DX System.
