● Project management activities, creating Project, Tender Submission, Customer management & running full project life cycle.
● Maintaining customer relation and grabbing new projects, attending meeting with customer and deliver strategic plans.
● Preparing PIP, Budgeting, preparing Quotation, resource allocation, issuing PO’s, Controlling Procurement, Material management, Co-ordinating for material delivery for Telecom, DAS, Civil Etc.
● End to end delivery of small to high level IBS Projects (Design and implementation) and managing customers and clients.
● Team management and project planning
● Assessing the project progress and forecasting the activities.
● Strong skills in the areas of project management, people management, systems design, implementation, technical support, commissioning, troubleshooting, etc
● Conducting Initial Site survey for new DAS and 2G/3G/LTE/5G Networks.
● Designing IBS DAS network using iBwave Designing Tool and generation the 2G/3G/LTE/5G Predictions, Link Budget, BOQ Etc.
● Send daily, weakly, and monthly reports and Record definition data for all sites.
● End to End project management proficiency for indoor and outdoor telecom activities.
● Installation and Implementation of IBS sites & Radio Telecommunication system.
● Perform all the tasks of troubleshooting reported installation issues
● Implementing all types of planned new sites Like Monopole, Guyed mast, Square mast.
● Troubleshoot all types of alarms existing on zain Live network.
● Monitoring Field Maintenance for Zain.
● Team management and project planning.
● Field Testing and Acceptance activities with Customer.
● IBS Planning, Designing & Implementation
Responsible for providing technical leadership in technical solution/installation/design
Perform the tasks of troubleshooting reported installation issues

Handle responsibilities of preparing design analysis and engineering reports
Send daily, weakly, and monthly reports and Record definition data for all sites.
Administration & Management Responsibilities
RF planning for outdoor and indoor (IBS) system.
Site survey to identify an optimum location of the new sites.
Planning & Designing indoor(IBS) system by the concept of DAS
Preparing Sites BOQ.
Coverage simulation for ongoing and new network using RF PLANNING TOOL
Installation & Commissioning of Radio equipment (2G, 3G, LTE)
Installation of Copper cable & Fiber cable for Indoor coverage solution.
Perform on site test for the distribution antenna system of indoor in order to verify the Copper transmisión cable performance in terms of (VSWR, RETURN LOSS, CABLE LOSS) using SITE MASTER
Coverage and services verification of network (Indoor) by perform drive test measurement.(TEMS Investigation Measurment Tool)
Handle responsibilities of preparing design analysis and engineering reports
Quality Auditing & making Priliminary Acceptance Test Reports
• Ability to organize, co-ordinate, implement and control work related activities • Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision. • Flexibility and willingness to multi-tasks. • Proficient in word processing, internet programs and IT skills. • Have enough Patience to face difficulties and to generate creative/innovative solutions
