Mode of operations: Pipe line, Riser, Installation, Hook -up And Services.

Roles and Responsibilities

•Keeping general control over all activities in offshore warehouse.
•Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
•Maintain proper records
•Initiate internal order requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items , whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
•Initiate action for stoppage of further internal order when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
•Follow-up for delivery of materials. To reserve a particular material for a specific job or project when so required.
•To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
•To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, etc.
•Order project materials and required onboard, send back project materials not required onboard to their respective section with proper paper work (shipping manifest).

•Good Knowledge of warehouse operations.
•Developed a good client relationship including both corporate and individual clients.
