Budgeting & Cash flow Forecast
➢ Preparing Annual Budget and Monthly Variance Analysis Report and suggest for necessary actions.
➢ Preparing Cash Flow Forecast and plan the proper utilization of available cash.
Cash & Fund Management
➢ Managing cash inflow and outflow and ensure the company is having right amount of cash for smooth business run.
➢ Placing surplus cash in to Fixed Deposit to increase the profitability of the company
➢ Suggesting funding needs when it is required by minimizing the cost.
➢ Managing the working capital and liquidity of the company.
➢ Ensuring enough funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Liaison with banks & handling Financial Risks.
➢ Maintaining professional relationship with banks. Liaising with banks for facilities like Bank Guarantee and
Margin Account.
➢ Hedging the foreign exchange rate to mitigate the Currency Risk.
➢ Negotiating with bank for better interest rate for the fixed deposit
Receivable Management
➢ Conducting meeting with AR dept and review the AR position regularly.
➢ Ensure the timely collection of Receivable by monitoring the Ageing report and make sure outstanding are
collected within due date.
