• Participation in preparing HSE audit programs, conducting audits, facilitating audits, review of HSE documents etc.
• Participating in the pre Start up Safety Review (PSSR).
• Involved and assist in all kinds of Audits (Internal& External, DOW Audits, Process Safety Audit)
• The facilitation of HAZID, JSA and Risk reviews.
• Preparation of NFPA labels for Equipment’s and vessels through MSDS.
• Conduct all types of Safety training for Staffs, Operators and contractors.
• To maintain barrier for high-risk job area, H2S Zones, Confined Space and excavated area.
• Advice and guide various company Divisions in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of BBS (Behavioral Based Safety).
• Participate in Plant Emergency Mock Drills.
• Conducting Benzene Exposure monitoring and data tracking and if exposed refer to Industrial Hygiene experts.
• Coordinate & Control all contractor safety Officers.
• To keep and maintain all EHS documentation and records.
• Ensure implementation & follow of EQUATE EHS emergency procedures.
• Inspection of plant and machinery equipment’s, power hand tools, keep update load tests of lifting tools, and tackle.
• Conduct the safety committee meeting and prepare minutes of meeting on weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist Operations in waste management activities.
