- Revised budget for running projects.
- Review all PR’s, PO’s and subcontract agreements.
- Maintain Company Plan target yearly and update, recovery and revised it quarterly according to the internal schedules.

- Assist in preparing Claims of EOT and cost associated.

- Updating of the Time Schedule and maintain reports (Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly).
- Prepare Claims of EOT and cost associated.
- Controlling and monitoring between ACWP, BCWS and BCWP.
Prepare and review the Client payment certificate and subcontractor invoices.
- Prepare Time Schedule (BASE LINE) for the projects will be executed by Tabarak for general contracting, review and approval the Time schedule (Base Line) for projects executed by other contractors, monitoring and controlling the updated Time Schedule, cost estimate, budget of projects, cash flow and resources allocations.
- Review and approval all PR’s, PO’s and allocation for all GI’s
- Controlling and monitoring between ACWP, BCWS and BCWP.
- Review the VO’s and VE’s which submitted by contractors.
