QA/QC ENGINEER à AXIONZ INSPECTION SOLUTIONS

 Inspect weld joint preparation for cleanliness, end preparation and alignment during fitup ad ensure correct material being fabricated as per Isometric drawings.
 Coordination with QA/QC for Witness of WPS / PQR / WPQ.
 Ensuring all welding activities is controlled within the requirements of relevant WPS, QCP’s & ITP’s.
 Carry out visual inspection on completed welds and tests as required by relevant ITP’s.
 Detecting unacceptable trends in welding and performance and initiating corrective action.
 Monitoring and reporting welder performance throughout project duration for specification and code requirements.
 Witness of Hydrotest & Pneumatic test as per standards (Piping)
 Coordinate with QA/QC dept for Maintain all inspection report and related documents.
 Material identification and review / Verification of raw material certificates.
 Witnessing NDT’s.
 Follow up the quality records during the progress of inspection and to hand on the same to the quality documentation officer who will compile the packages for final documentation.
 Preparation of Line history sheet and the all its related documents.
