- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets,
cash flows and preliminary schedules
- Prepare project organization and communication charts
- Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets
and expenditures
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and
project team
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
- Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log
- Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and
reasonable pricing is recommended for approval .
- Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
- Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out
documents are obtained
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive
attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
- Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that
may impact client relations
- Installation, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of Base Transceiver Stations and Microwave
antennas. (Ericsson, ZTE, Huawei)
- Indoor BTS cabling, RF cabling, Power and Battery connections, Jumper and Grounding connections,
prepare connectors.
- Conduct maintenance routine on network elements and performs immediate restoration on outages and give
necessary fault analysis and recommendations. Performs 24x7 stand by duties.
- Manage spares and replenish faulty units.
- Maintain & re-groom DDF termination of transmission & other network elements.
- Installation of BTS Antennas, RF Cables and RCU’s
- Upgrade, expansion and swapping of BTS sites.
- Perform GSM Site inspection, equipment check and preventive maintenance of BTS and MW elements.
- Determine/Propose antenna locations, height, azimuths, electrical and mechanical tilts.
- Assisting Project Manager, Implementation Manager for Implementation and operations aspects.
- Prepare documents and picture reports.
- Cooperate with team member to keep equipment running normal.
- Assist team member complete other equipment Maintenance work.
- Communicate with Costumer for trace & feedback equipment running status.
- Communicate with Subcontractor & team member for equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting.
- Make report of equipment running situation.
- Check Performance for New sites under monitoring.
Prepare documents and picture reports.
Interacting with the clients and understanding their requirements effectively
Plan work according to the client requirements and manage the time
Supervising the engineers and assistant engineers
Guiding and suggesting changes, requirements, and necessities in the project
Training the newly joined employees and educating them about the company policies, rules, and their duties
Maintaining records of the ongoing projects and document them properly
Prepare presentations for the clients
Document reports and submit them to higher authorities
Manage budget of the project and submit it to the management and accounts department
Interviewing candidates and judging them appropriately
Ensure proper safety policies for the employees
Evaluate employees according to their intellect, work skills, and punctuality
